He quickly understood the causes and extent of the dry-rot and termites, sliding doors and windows. I had the same experience as the other people who have written, in that Regev was patient and respectful towards me. He carefully explained everything that would need to be done. He listened to what I wanted and incorporated that into every step of the design. He came back for re-adjustments, when needed. I can describe the extent of the various projects that he did because it's good to know that he is knowledgeable in so many aspects of building. We had called numerous roofers and contractors over the last couple of years. Either they threw up their hands or quoted us a price matching the National Dept. The project began on schedule, and your crew was methodical as they demolished the old driveway and put in the forms for the new driveway. But the best testimony to your efficiency was the way you managed to schedule the concrete pour and surfacing in between the two storms that swept through the area that week.
